Bond International Software's Applicant Tracking Solution Soars to New Heights

  Bond Talent

The airline industry makes great strides using Bond Talent

Bond Talent is a specialist application for the global talent management industry which has over many years earned Bond the reputation for enhancing business growth and profitability throughout the industry. The software is the preferred choice of recruitment and resourcing teams in over 40 countries worldwide, with 70,000 users benefiting daily from the configurable web-based solutions. The success of the Bond Talent solution is especially evident in the airline industry, as seen below.

  • Flybe, one of Europe's largest low-cost airlines, uses Bond Talent for its online recruitment system. The system is part of a software development project which has enabled Flybe to use Bond's specialist talent management software to develop an online recruitment system within just one week of contracts being signed. Urgency was a vital part of this order to support Flybe's recruitment drive and will ensure that candidates are managed with greater efficiency and tracked immediately from initial application.

  • Knight Frank, the leading independent global commercial and residential property consultants, utilizes Bond Talent because the solution automatically correlates employee information from a variety of sources such as web, email and post and formulates them into a single, online application form. The sophisticated workflow solution allows both Line Manager and HR to track online an application via a dedicated web portal as it is reviewed and commented upon and moves through the organization's HR and recruitment system.

  • bmi, Heathrow's second largest airline, is the fourth airline to select Bond Talent, because it is a powerful and versatile database application specifically designed to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and drive down the overall 'cost-per-hire'.  Bond Talent tracks each online application received and includes an intuitive recruitment tool to manage all applications more effectively and ensure that candidates are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The system is user-friendly and flexible allowing for reduced paperwork and improved efficiency. This gives key recruitment staff more time to concentrate on development rather than administrative tasks.

  • Jet2.com, the North of England's leading low cost UK airline, makes use of Bond Talent because it operates scheduled services from 6 UK airports and the talent management solution supports expansion plans and a recruitment drive across the business. The solution initially was deployed to support a focused recruitment drive by the airline to attract cabin services applicants. The system was then expanded to include the recruitment of flight deck, engineering, operations and administrative staff.
